While most company holiday parties are wrapping up, Christmas Day brunch, lunch and or dinner is still reserved for your loved ones and is a little less than two weeks away! Want to wow your family with something that looks decadent, but very easy to make? These holiday mini cranberry trifles are so easy to make, look festive and are delicious! The recipe makes about 12 trifles depending on size of containers used. I used wine glasses from the dollar tree.
1 angel food cake, prepared according to box directions
2 boxes white chocolate pudding (3.4 oz each)
3 cups milk
24 oz fresh cranberries, plus
½ cup for topping
1 ½ cups water
1 cup sugar
2 cups cool whip
Prepare an angel food cake according to box directions. Allow to cool
completely. Tear into small pieces.
Cranberry Layer (prepare while cake is baking):
In a saucepan, combine 24 oz of cranberries, water, and sugar. Bring to a
boil and reduce heat. Allow to cook on low for 10 minutes. Cool

Combine pudding powder and milk in a medium bowl. Whisk until
